Job Description / Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and manage domestic holiday packages across India

Ensure smooth execution of tours including hotels, transport, sightseeing, and

ground services

Monitor booking flow, confirmations, and overall service delivery for domestic

operations

Handle escalations, service issues, and emergency situations effectively

Identify, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transporters, and

ground handling agents

Finalize contracts, rate negotiations, and seasonal pricing

Ensure supplier compliance with company standards, service quality, and

0perational requirements

Support the sales team with pricing, itineraries, and customized domestic

packages

Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining healthy profit margins

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demand

Assist in conversion of high-value or complex domestic enquiries





Lead and supervise domestic reservations and operations teams

Allocate workloads, monitor team performance, and ensure timely task

completion

Ensure accurate documentation including vouchers, itineraries, invoices, and MIS

reports

Prepare, review, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Handle customer complaints and escalations in a skilled and timely manner

Implement service improvements based on customer feedback and reviews

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Domestic Travel : 2 years (Required)
