Identify and approach potential gold loan customers.

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local marketing.

Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, repayment options, and loan eligibility.

2. Gold Loan Processing

Assist customers with gold loan applications and KYC documentation.

Coordinate with the authorized gold appraiser to assess gold purity and weight.

Explain the eligible loan amount based on the lender's valuation and policies.

Ensure loan disbursement procedures comply with company policies.

3. Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly gold loan disbursement and customer acquisition targets.

Promote gold loan products to recent and existing customers.

Cross-sell other financial products, where applicable.

Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into business.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain relationships with existing customers.

Inform customers about repayment schedules, renewals, and loan closure procedures.

Resolve customer queries and complaints.

Encourage repeat business and customer referrals.

5. Documentation & Compliance

Verify customer documents according to company policies.

Follow KYC, AML, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate customer records and loan documentation.

Ensure the secure handling and storage of pledged gold as per established procedures.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
