Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls for smart home products.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate automation solutions.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with installation and technical teams when needed.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Skills & Qualifications:





- EEE/ECE Background preffered
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in smart home/IoT technology is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and explain products clearly.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
