About Zorba Estates

Zorba Estates assists clients in finding suitable residential and commercial properties for buying, selling, and renting. We are looking for a Property Advisor who can understand customer preferences, suggest suitable property options, and guide clients through the entire property transaction process.

Job Responsibilities

- Interact with prospective clients to understand their property preferences, budget, location, and specific requirements.
- Explore available property options with the internal team and shortlist suitable properties for clients.
- Explain property features, pricing, location advantages, and availability to help clients make informed decisions.
- Organise property visits and coordinate with clients and property owners.
- Address client questions and provide timely updates throughout the property search.
- Assist in price discussions and negotiations between clients and property owners.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with the relevant teams to support property onboarding and complete transactions successfully.
- Track client enquiries, preferences, site visits, and follow-up activities in the company database.
- Work towards achieving individual sales targets and successful property closures.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Any degree from a recognised institution.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Good communication, client-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for property inspections and client meetings.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru localities is an advantage.
- Kannada-speaking candidates are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹40,000, based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
