Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Restaurant Captain to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of restaurant operations, and the ability to ensure excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Manage table assignments and coordinate seating arrangements.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation.




- Monitor service quality and maintain hospitality standards.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.

Requirements

- Up to 2 years of experience in restaurant or hotel operations.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle busy service hours.
- Candidates available to join soon will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
