We are looking for a well-presented, energetic, and customer-oriented Restaurant Captain to join our Food & Beverage Service Team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and leadership skills, a strong understanding of restaurant operations, and the ability to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations.
- Lead and guide service staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Take guest orders and ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery.
- Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and restaurant hygiene.
- Monitor staff grooming, attendance, and overall discipline.
- Ensure proper table setup and readiness before service.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operational activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
