Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Communicate with customers professionally and politely.
- Resolve customer queries or direct them to the appropriate team.
- Maintain customer details and update call records when required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Salary
₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
