Digital Marketing Intern

Duration: 3 Months (Can be extended or be converted into a full time job opportunity)

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. The candidate will assist in managing digital marketing activities, with a special focus on email marketing, social media advertising, AI-based marketing tools and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate should have an interest in digital marketing, a basic understanding of social media platforms and a willingness to explore new AI tools to improve marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Email Marketing

- Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Create attractive email content for product launches, offers, discounts and festive sales.
- Manage email campaigns, newsletters and promotional communications.
- Work on email subject lines, content and designs to improve open rates and click-through rates.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

2. Social Media Marketing & Paid Ads

- Assist in running and managing advertisements on Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Help create ad campaigns for product promotions, seasonal collections and sales.
- Monitor ad performance, engagement, reach and conversions.
- Assist in identifying the right target audience for children's clothing products.
- Coordinate on creative content, reels, posts and promotional campaigns.

3. AI-Based Digital Marketing

- Explore and use AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI and other marketing automation tools.
- Use AI for creating email content, ad copies, captions and marketing ideas.
- Explore AI tools for designing creatives, analysing customer behaviour and improving campaign performance.
- Identify ways to use AI to make digital marketing activities faster and more effective.

4. Website & E-commerce Marketing





- Assist in promoting products through the company's website and other e-commerce platforms.
- Support product promotions, discount campaigns and seasonal marketing activities.
- Help improve customer engagement and drive website traffic.
- Coordinate with the design, content and sales teams for marketing campaigns.

5. Reporting & Analysis

- Track the performance of email and social media campaigns.
- Monitor basic marketing metrics such as clicks, impressions, engagement, conversions and ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Suggest ideas to improve campaign results.

Skills & Requirements

- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Interest in email marketing and online advertising.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and Facebook Ads is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, etc.
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Creative thinking and an interest in fashion, kidswear and e-commerce.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn, experiment and work with new marketing tools.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
