Tasks Expert is a global virtual assistant and business outsourcing services provider, supporting businesses across the USA, UK, Canada and Australia since 2017.

We are looking for experienced, confident and result-oriented Outbound Calling Agents who can communicate professionally with international clients, manage outbound calling campaigns and maintain accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make professional outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
- Conduct follow-up calls, appointment confirmations and customer re-engagement campaigns.
- Qualify potential leads based on predefined criteria and calling scripts.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate call logs, dispositions and customer information in CRM systems.
- Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Follow company scripts, standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
- Meet assigned calling productivity, accuracy and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely customer communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling, international voice processes, telecalling or related customer outreach roles.




- Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
- Experience communicating with international customers, preferably US, UK, Canadian or Australian clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software, call management tools and appointment scheduling.
- Strong listening, interpersonal and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple follow-ups.
- Comfortable working with calling scripts and performance targets.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work in international shifts.

Working Schedule & Model

- US / Canada Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
- UK / Europe Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
- Australia / APAC Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST

Hybrid working arrangement with 2 office days per week and remaining days working from home, subject to company requirements.
