Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist

Talent Glider is seeking a skilled and performance-oriented Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, and data-driven strategies to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.

Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.

Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.

Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.





Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.

Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Experience working with international clients will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Robust knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines while achieving performance targets.
