Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce AI Developer with expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Einstein AI capabilities to design, develop, and implement AI-powered Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AI-driven application development, prompt engineering, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Einstein AI.
- Develop and optimize prompts using Prompt Builder and prompt engineering best practices.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and knowledge-grounded AI solutions.
- Build AI agents, automation workflows, and custom Salesforce components.
- Configure Einstein Generative AI capabilities in alignment with AI Trust Layer standards.




- Develop predictive models and analytical solutions using Einstein Prediction Builder and Einstein Discovery.
- Implement recommendation frameworks using Recommendation Builder and Next Best Action.
- Create dashboards, reports, and insights using CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, support testing and deployment, and participate in code reviews and performance optimization.
