Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the company's placement and HR services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and executing marketing plans, managing sales pipelines, and supporting lead generation campaigns.



The Sales and Marketing Executive will collaborate with consulting and operations teams to align sales strategies with service offerings, prepare proposals, and track performance against targets. The role also includes regular client meetings, follow-ups, and reporting on sales and marketing activities to management.
Qualifications

- Strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective campaigns.
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Knowledge of HR or recruitment services and the local Gurugram market is an advantage.
- Ability to work toward targets, manage priorities, and maintain accurate sales and marketing reports.
- Comfort with common business software tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation software).
