About the Role

VectorMatch is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Architect for a client engagement with a leading Oracle solutions and technology services company, Doyensys.

The role involves designing and implementing Oracle Fusion Financials solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture. Responsibilities include translating functional requirements into solution designs, configuring Oracle Fusion Financials modules, overseeing integrations, and collaborating with finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders.

The architect will also lead solution design discussions, support implementations and upgrades, resolve complex configuration and integration issues, and guide teams on documentation, quality assurance, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers on Oracle Fusion Financials, understanding business needs and developing appropriate solutions.
- Lead solution design, fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, and testing.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders and facilitate superuser and end-user training.
- Review existing implementations, conduct system health checks, and recommend roadmaps for improvement.
- Identify implementation risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve system stability.




- Assess the impact of upgrades and monthly patches on existing designs and solutions.
- Recommend industry best practices and suitable integration approaches for hybrid environments.
- Collaborate with offshore and nearshore teams to ensure effective project delivery.
- Develop functional process documents, solution designs, and business requirements documentation.

Must-Have Skills
- Experience in 5+ Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation or rollout projects.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Payables and Assets
- Receivables and Cash Management
- Experience with medium- to large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Robust understanding of the Account-to-Cash (A2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Hands-on experience in support projects, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong customer management, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Knowledge of presales activities and solution consulting.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with multi-country taxation requirements.
- Exposure to integrations with external and legacy applications.
