Role Description The Shift Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Julana, responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts. This includes supervising front-of-house and back-of-house team members, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring consistent, high-quality guest service. The Shift Manager monitors food safety and hygiene standards, manages cash handling and basic reporting, and addresses guest concerns in a timely, professional manner. The role involves guiding and coaching team members, assisting with onboarding and training, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and protected workplace.



The Shift Manager also collaborates with senior management to implement operating procedures, control waste, and achieve shift performance goals. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in team supervision, shift coordination, and staff scheduling.
• Experience in guest service, conflict resolution, and effective communication with diverse customers and team members.
• Ability to manage cash handling, basic reporting, and adherence to operational policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and workplace safety practices in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality management or lead role is preferred.
• Comfort with using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or management is an advantage.
