About the Role
We are looking for a D2C Logistics Executive to own end-to-end order fulfilment for our D2C channel, from order confirmation to doorstep delivery. You will process daily orders, manage our courier partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket and India Post), monitor dispatch and delivery timelines, and resolve delivery issues so every order ships within 24 hours with minimal RTO.

Key Responsibilities
• Process all D2C website orders daily : verify details, coordinate confirmation with the tele-calling team and update status in the order software
• Hold or cancel unconfirmed and high-RTO-risk orders as per company policy
• Ensure every confirmed order is packed and handed over to the courier within 24 hours Courier & Dispatch Management
• Allocate orders to the right courier (Delhivery, Shiprocket, India Post) based on pin-code serviceability, cost, COD/prepaid and delivery speed
• Generate AWBs and shipping labels, and schedule daily pickups
• Coordinate with the packing team for smooth movement from packing to dispatch Tracking & Delivery Issues
• Track all in-transit shipments daily and act on delays, NDRs and failed delivery attempts
• Escalate stuck, lost or damaged shipments with courier account managers until resolved




• Handle customer order-status queries with the customer support team Returns, Reconciliation & Reporting
• Process RTOs and returns: inspect stock, update inventory and raise claims for damaged or lost parcels
• Reconcile COD remittances, freight invoices and weight discrepancies with couriers every week
• Maintain a daily dispatch MIS covering orders received, shipped, pending, delivered and RTO % by courier
• Track stock of rapid-moving SKUs and packing material, and flag replenishment needs early
• Suggest process and courier-mix improvements to reduce shipping cost and delivery time

Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline; background in logistics, supply chain or business is a plus
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, D2C or FMCG order fulfilment
• Working experience with Shiprocket, the Delhivery panel and India Post booking
• Clear understanding of COD vs prepaid, NDR, RTO, AWB, weight reconciliation and pin-code serviceability
• Good with Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, daily reports)
• Organised, quick at follow-ups and comfortable handling high daily order volumes against deadlines
• Good communication in Hindi and English Preferred
• Exposure to marketplace fulfilment (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho)
