Gurugram / Faridabad / Nuh / Rewari (Haryana) Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Foreman to supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for managing labour, coordinating with engineers and contractors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily construction activities at site, including excavation, PCC, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement and masonry work.
• Manage and allocate daily tasks to workers, masons, bar benders and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, instructions and project specifications.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers for daily work planning.
• Monitor labour attendance, productivity and material consumption.
• Check shuttering,



reinforcement, concrete pouring and finishing activities.
• Ensure proper utilisation of materials, tools and equipment.
• Maintain site discipline and enforce safety practices.
• Report daily work progress and site requirements to senior management.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work. Eligibility & Requirements
• ITI / Diploma / B.
Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction site supervision.
• Practical knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry and finishing works.
• Ability to manage labour teams and coordinate with contractors.
• Ability to understand basic civil drawings and site instructions.
• Good communication and site management skills. Preference: Candidates with hands-on experience in building construction projects will be preferred.
