Role Description The Salesperson will work on-site in Kochi in a full-time capacity, engaging directly with customers in the store and supporting daily sales operations. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products such as Bluetooth devices, chargers, and security cameras, and closing sales. The role involves maintaining product displays, ensuring stock is organized and updated, and handling basic billing and cash transactions. The Salesperson will also address customer queries, provide after-sales support,



and share feedback with the team to improve products and services. Qualifications
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build trust.
• Basic sales and retail skills, including product demonstration, upselling, and handling cash or digital payments.
• General knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and security cameras, with willingness to learn product features.
• Good communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and courteous interaction.
• Ability to work in office in Kochi, stand for extended periods, and manage a fast-paced retail environment.
• Attention to detail and basic record-keeping skills for inventory, billing, and daily sales reports.
• Prior experience in retail or mobile/electronics sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent.
