The Opportunity We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven, and execution-oriented leader to head our Corporate Management Centre (CMC), covering Corporate Relations and Industry Connect. This role goes far beyond managing placements. The mandate is to build FIIB's long-term industry relationship engine through partnerships that strengthen careers, curriculum relevance, experiential learning, institutional visibility, and employer trust. Key Responsibilities
• Lead FIIB's corporate engagement strategy across placements, internships, industry partnerships, mentorship, and experiential learning
• Build deep, lasting relationships with recruiters, business leaders, founders, alumni, and industry partners
• Position FIIB as a long-term talent and knowledge partner, not a transactional recruitment interface
• Strengthen internship and placement outcomes and open up opportunities in emerging career domains
• Track hiring trends, recruiter expectations, AI-led role changes, and industry capability needs




• Bring industry into the student journey through live projects, masterclasses, consulting assignments, mentoring, competitions, certifications, and immersions
• Work with academic leadership to keep the curriculum relevant and industry-aligned
• Represent FIIB at corporate forums, networking events, and industry platforms
• Build structured systems: recruiter pipelines, relationship frameworks, corporate databases, reporting dashboards, and team operating rhythms
• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, alumni relations, student development, and academic teams to strengthen FIIB's employer brand
• Lead, mentor, and develop the corporate relations team Desired Candidate Profile

MBA or equivalent
