Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Manager, Corporate Finance and Treasury at Stride Climate Investments in Ahmedabad.
• Independently seeking current acquisition opportunities, preparation of financial model, investment decks, assisting in acquisition and due diligence process
• Managing lender relationships, independently seek approvals, ensure compliances to lending covenants




• Assist in the entire lender sanction process including preparation of financial model, information memorandum, negotiations on term-sheet, hand-holding the lenders in the sanction process, ensuring pre and post-disbursement compliances
• Working with bankers, legal and tax lawyers, security Trustee, facility agent, auditors etc. for ensuring smooth lending and banking operations. Budget: Upto 15 LPA Qualifications
