Role Description The Supervisor role at Tissue Culture Lab is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role oversees daily laboratory operations, including scheduling, task allocation, and monitoring workflow to ensure timely delivery of chemical analyzers and active pharmaceutical ingredients. The Supervisor is responsible for enforcing safety protocols, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring proper documentation of processes and results. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and external partners, troubleshooting operational issues,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Supervisor also provides guidance to laboratory staff, assists with training, and helps maintain a clean, compliant, and efficient lab environment. Qualifications
• Ability to supervise laboratory operations, including team coordination, workflow management, and task prioritization.
• Knowledge of chemical analyzers, pharmaceutical ingredients, and basic laboratory procedures and safety practices.
• Experience with quality control, documentation, and compliance with relevant regulatory and safety standards.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with staff, management, and clients.
• Prior experience in a laboratory, pharmaceutical, or scientific environment, ideally in a supervisory or lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in science, pharmacy, biotechnology, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort with on-site work in the Pune Division and ability to adapt to changing operational needs.
