Role Description The Officer–Field Quality role is a full-time, remote position responsible for monitoring and ensuring product quality and compliance across seed production and operations. The role involves conducting regular quality checks and audits at distribution points and customer locations, collecting and analyzing field data, and preparing accurate documentation and reports. The officer collaborates with sales, technical, and supply chain teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Daily activities include validating adherence to company quality standards,



supporting training and awareness programs for field staff and partners, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders on product performance and customer experience. The role also requires timely escalation of critical quality concerns and proactive participation in quality management projects aligned with regulatory and company guidelines. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Quality Control and Quality Management skills to maintain and improve field product standards.
• Candidates should possess experience in Quality Auditing and familiarity with quality assurance processes and documentation.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting field data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with external partners and customers.
• Relevant experience in agrochemicals, agriculture, or related field operations is beneficial.
• A Masters degree in Agriculture is mandatory with minimum 2 year work experience in field quality or seed production or TD is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently in remote settings, manage multiple assignments, and travel to field locations as required.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and safety practices in agricultural inputs is an added advantage.
