Role Description The Analytical Research Associate – Pharma is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role involves planning and executing analytical experiments related to pharmaceutical and specialty organic chemical products, including method development, validation, and routine analysis. The associate will prepare and analyze samples using relevant instrumentation, document results accurately, and maintain detailed laboratory records in accordance with internal protocols and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with R&D; chemists, interpreting analytical data, supporting stability studies, and contributing to troubleshooting and optimization of analytical methods. The role also requires strict adherence to safety procedures, participation in internal audits, and continuous improvement of lab workflows. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in analytical chemistry and pharmaceutical sciences, with experience in method development, validation, and quantitative analysis.




• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, and related lab equipment, including calibration and maintenance.
• Proficiency in data recording, documentation, and basic statistical analysis, with familiarity in GLP/GMP practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional R&D; teams and present findings clearly.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple experiments and priorities in a laboratory setting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or specialty organic chemicals laboratory is highly beneficial.
