Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru, suitable for freshers interested in building a career in real estate sales. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective customers, explain property offerings, and guide them through the end-to-end transaction process. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling and coordinating site visits, maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, and supporting negotiations under guidance from senior team members. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth customer experience and help achieve sales and revenue targets. Training and mentorship will be provided to help the associate quickly learn product details, sales processes, and market dynamics. Qualifications
