About the Role
We are looking for experienced Construction Management Professionals and Industry Experts to deliver practical training, develop industry-relevant course content, and help learners apply construction management concepts and AI tools to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct interactive online training sessions using practical examples, case studies, and real-world project scenarios.
• Develop and refine course materials, assignments, presentations, and project-based exercises.
• Demonstrate relevant software and digital tools through practical applications.
• Integrate AI tools into construction workflows, including planning, scheduling, cost management, project controls, documentation, and reporting, wherever applicable.
• Assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and support doubt-resolution sessions.
• Collaborate with the academic and product teams to ensure content quality and alignment with current industry practices. Areas of Expertise We welcome professionals with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• Construction Planning, Scheduling, and Project Controls
• Cost Management, Tendering, Procurement, Contracts, and Claims

Stakeholder Management, and Communication Software & Digital Skills Experience with relevant tools is preferred, depending on the area of specialization. These may include:
• Project Planning: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project (MSP)
• Data Analytics & Project Controls: Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Copilot
• AI & Productivity Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM
• Construction & Engineering Tools: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and relevant BIM or digital construction platforms
• Emerging Technologies: AI-enabled automation, digital twins, and smart infrastructure solutions Candidates are not expected to know every tool listed. Practical proficiency in tools relevant to their specialization is what matters. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional experience in construction, infrastructure, project management, or a specialized domain.
• Robust understanding of real-world construction practices, workflows, and project challenges.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and connect theory with practical applications.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with an interest in mentoring and knowledge sharing. Previous teaching or corporate training experience is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong industry expertise. Engagement Details
