Role Description This is a full time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Jabalpur. The Chartered Accountant will manage end-to-end accounting activities, including bookkeeping, preparation and review of financial statements, and oversight of accounts payable and receivable. The role involves handling tax planning and compliance, filing returns, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations, and supporting audits and internal controls. The professional will work closely with clients to interpret financial data, advise on budgeting and cash flow, and support incorporation, registrations, and other compliance-related engagements.



The Chartered Accountant will also collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and maintain accurate, timely records in line with regulatory requirements. Qualifications
• Chartered Accountant qualification with valid membership from the relevant professional body; strong grounding in accounting principles and standards.
• Proficiency in financial accounting and reporting, including preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Experience in direct and indirect tax compliance, return filing, tax planning, and understanding of Indian regulatory frameworks.
• Skills in audit support, internal control evaluation, and ensuring adherence to statutory and annual compliance requirements.
• Comfort with accounting and finance software, spreadsheets, and technology-driven platforms; ability to work with digital documentation and online filing systems.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Effective communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Prior experience working with startups or small and medium businesses is an advantage; familiarity with company incorporation and registrations is preferred.
