• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial close processes.
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Analyze financial results and provide management insights on business performance. Budgeting & Forecasting
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises.
• Monitor budget utilization and identify variances.
• Provide recommendations for cost optimization and financial efficiency. Business Finance & Performance Management
• Support business heads with financial analysis and decision-making.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
• Conduct profitability analysis, cost control reviews, and business performance assessments. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
• Monitor cash flow, working capital,



and liquidity requirements.
• Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements.
• Ensure productive utilization of funds and optimize cash management. Taxation & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.
• Coordinate audits, tax assessments, and statutory filings.
• Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and external consultants. Internal Controls & Risk Management
• Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and governance processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and risk management frameworks.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation measures. Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
