Full-Time Work Mode: Office-Based Job Summary Pragati Polymers is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Executive to handle sales coordination, customer communication, order processing, and sales documentation. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic commercial knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and emails. Coordinate with existing customers regarding orders, quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules. Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents. Coordinate with the production, stores, dispatch, and accounts departments to ensure timely order fulfilment. Maintain customer databases, sales records, and daily sales reports. Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, payments, and delivery status. Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer relationships. Prepare reports using MS Excel and maintain proper documentation. Ensure timely communication between customers and internal departments.



Educational Qualification B.
Com, BBA or MBA graduate preferred. Candidates with relevant sales coordination or administrative experience will be preferred. Experience 0-3 years of experience. Freshers with valuable communication skills and basic MS Excel knowledge may also apply. Required Skills Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication. Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks. Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn. ⚫ Knowledge of sales documentation and order processing will be an added advantage. Work Requirements The role is primarily office-based. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with customers and internal departments. Experience in manufacturing, plastics, polymers, or industrial products will be an advantage.
