What you'll do
• Spot trends, decode consumers and identify the next big opportunity in beauty and personal care.
• Turn ideas into products, from concept and formulation to sampling and launch.
• Work with manufacturers, R&D; labs and suppliers to bring products to life.
• Source ingredients and packaging that balance branding, quality and cost.
• Own product costing, pricing, pack sizes and gross margins.
• Negotiate with vendors, manage timelines and solve problems on the go.
• Make sure every product meets our standards for quality, performance and brand fit.
• Take ownership.

• Balance creative thinking with commercial rigour. Build products people want and businesses can scale.
• Thrive in a fast-paced workplace where ideas move from concept to shelf, fast.
• What we're looking for: 3–6 years of NPD experience, preferably in beauty, fragrance or personal care. Experience in India's D2C market and an existing manufacturer/supplier network are a strong advantage. ? Full Time in Gurgaon, Haryana — Udyog Vihar.
