Accounts, HR & Admin Executive (Tirupati, on-site only) This role is based in our Tirupati office. No remote or hybrid work. Please apply only if you live in Tirupati or will relocate before joining. Smart Bhujal (Piezoline Technologies Pvt Ltd) is a water-technology company in Tirupati working with international research organisations and Indian government and industry clients. We are looking for a careful, detail-minded accounts professional to run our books, foreign client payments, tax filings, payroll and office administration, using AI tools and checklists. What you will do
• Foreign payments and receivables: raise USD and INR invoices; track every payment; follow up on overdue or returned payments; match each foreign receipt to its FIRA and invoice.
• Bookkeeping: keep accounts in Zoho Books; monthly bank, payment platform and payroll wallet reconciliations; close the books by the 7th of each month.
• GST, TDS and compliance: prepare monthly GST data, including export invoices under LUT; handle TDS and professional tax; keep a compliance calendar for all statutory deadlines.
• Payroll and HR:



run monthly payroll on RazorpayX; onboard new joiners; keep attendance and employee records.
• Admin: manage software subscriptions, office bills, vendors and filing. How we work
• You will use AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) every day for reconciliation, checking invoices and drafting. Training is provided.
• Every figure is checked against its source before it is final.
• You prepare payments; the CEO approves and releases them. Who we are looking for

Com, plus CA-Inter or CMA-Inter.
• 2 to 4 years at a CA firm or in a finance back-office role.
• Has filed GST returns personally. Experience with export invoices, LUT, FIRA or Skydo is a robust plus.
• Comfortable with Zoho Books, Excel and online government portals.
• Telugu and good written English.
• Careful with detail; checks before sending.
• Career returners are welcome. Pay
• Rs 25,000/month during a 6-month probation.
• Rs 32,000/month on confirmation.
