Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Surat. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, business acumen, and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.

• Drive store sales, achieve business targets, and maximize revenue.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve business objectives.




• Manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, and merchandising.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and procedures.
• Implement effective retail loss prevention practices and maintain store discipline.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor store performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
• Candidate Profile
• 5–10 years of experience in retail store management.
• Apple Retail Experience will be given first preference.
• Robust understanding of retail operations and sales management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive business performance.
• Knowledge of inventory management and loss prevention.
