Site Supervisor – Civil & Interior Fit-out Works Company: Roy Constructions

With 75+ completed projects, our experience includes commercial interiors, retail fit-outs, civil works and specialised construction, including projects for Reliance, Tata Trent and Sify. We are looking for a practical, detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee on-site execution, coordinate subcontractors and help deliver projects to agreed quality standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
• Supervise daily civil construction, renovation and interior fit-out activities.
• Coordinate carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, false ceiling, painting, aluminium and finishing works.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, material selections and instructions.
• Monitor workmanship, construction sequencing and site readiness. Labour & Subcontractor Coordination
• Allocate daily tasks and coordinate subcontractor teams.
• Monitor attendance, productivity and work progress.
• Resolve routine site coordination issues and escalate technical concerns.
• Coordinate material requirements and deliveries to avoid delays. Quality Control & Documentation
• Inspect completed work against approved specifications.
• Verify site measurements and contractor work quantities.
• Maintain daily progress reports,



site photographs and material records.
• Identify defects and coordinate rectification before handover.
• Support site safety, housekeeping and appropriate use of PPE. Project Coordination
• Communicate regularly with the project manager, architects, vendors and clients as required.
• Flag delays, material shortages and execution discrepancies promptly.
• Track weekly progress against planned milestones.
• Assist with project handover and snag-list closure. Candidate Requirements
• 1–3 years of practical experience in civil construction, commercial interiors or turnkey interior fit-outs.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and basic MEP drawings.
• Working knowledge of site measurements, material quantities and construction methods.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with Excel, WhatsApp reporting and basic site documentation.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across West Bengal and Odisha when required.

Education:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related qualification preferred. Candidates with strong practical site experience will also be considered.
