Role Description The Robotics and AI Assistant Educator is a part-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The educator will support the design and delivery of hands-on lessons in robotics and AI for school-age learners, both in classroom and lab settings. Daily responsibilities include assisting in lesson planning, setting up and maintaining robotics kits and AI tools, guiding students through projects, and providing individualized support to help learners grasp complex concepts. The role involves collaborating with lead educators, collecting feedback to improve learning experiences, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging workplace for all students.



The educator may also contribute to curriculum enhancements, educator training sessions, and special events or showcases aligned with OLL.co’s practical learning mission. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience facilitating learning for school-age students.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Training skills to explain technical concepts clearly and support learner growth.
• Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning skills, including the ability to organize structured, hands-on sessions in robotics and AI.
• Foundational knowledge of robotics platforms and AI concepts, plus comfort with coding or programming tools used in K–12 or youth education.
• Demonstrated ability to create inclusive, learner-centered classrooms and to manage groups in dynamic, activity-based environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in STEM education.
• Prior experience in STEM, robotics clubs, coding bootcamps, or after-school programs is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate with educators, schools, and external partners aligned with OLL.co’s mission.
