Key Responsibilities
• Monitor day-to-day construction activities from the PMC / Client Representative perspective.
• Supervise and inspect RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and maintain inspection records.
• Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety requirements.




• Track daily construction progress against the approved project schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Review architectural, structural and civil drawings and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site observation reports, inspection checklists and project documentation.
• Identify site issues, delays and quality concerns and coordinate for timely resolution. Required

Skills:
• Good understanding of civil construction and residential building projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of construction quality control and site safety practices.
• Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Robust ownership, observation and problem-solving abilities. Preference: Candidates with prior experience in PMC or client-side project monitoring will be preferred.
