Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to inquiries and explain GUT-iCARE's services and programs.
• Schedule, confirm and follow up on consultations.
• Follow up with prospective clients and support customer conversions.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM software.
• Coordinate with doctors, dietitians and internal teams.




• Address customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support customer retention and ongoing engagement. Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM software.
• Positive organizational, follow-up and multitasking abilities.
