About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Bodyshop Service Advisor to manage end-to-end accident repair jobs and insurance claims. The role involves coordinating between customers, insurance companies, surveyors and workshop teams to ensure timely approvals, quality repairs and smooth vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle vehicle reception, inspection, documentation, photography and job card creation.
• Coordinate end-to-end motor insurance claims, including claim registration, documentation and surveyor approvals.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates covering labour, spare parts, painting and consumables.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors and TPAs for approvals and claim settlements.
• Work closely with the parts and workshop teams to ensure timely availability of spares and adherence to repair timelines.
• Monitor repair progress, ensure quality checks and maintain committed turnaround time (TAT).
• Prepare final invoices, coordinate claim submissions and ensure proper vehicle delivery.




• Maintain daily claim trackers and prepare weekly/monthly reports on claim status, repair TAT, revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, proper documentation and compliance with insurance and workshop procedures. Required Qualifications & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in an automobile bodyshop, preferably as a Service Advisor or Insurance Claims Coordinator.
• Knowledge of motor insurance policies, cashless claims, IDV, depreciation, deductibles and surveyor procedures.
• Understanding of vehicle body repairs, denting, painting, spare parts and repair estimates.
• Experience with DMS/workshop management software and MS Excel.
• Valuable communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple repair jobs and work within strict timelines.
• Proficiency in English, Kannada and Hindi is preferred.
