About the Role
Zoople Technologies is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Academic Counsellors / Business Development Executives. The ideal candidate should have experience in education sales, student counselling, lead conversion, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective students about available courses and career opportunities.
* Handle inbound and outbound enquiries and generate new leads.
* Convert prospective leads into admissions and achieve assigned targets.
* Follow up with students and parents through calls, meetings, and other communication channels.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.




* Identify business development opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
* Maintain daily sales reports and update lead information.
* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Education Sales.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
* Ability to handle student and parent enquiries professionally.
* Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
* Knowledge of academic counselling and course promotion will be an advantage.
