The ideal candidate will excel in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients needs by matching clients with open the company's recruiting needs. The incumbent will lead a team of recruiters under him/her and be responsible for the overall training and execution potential of the recruiters. The other major responsibility will be client management.

To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become and effective talent partner. Apart from this, the candidate is obviously expected to have positive working knowledge of job portals and social media use for sourcing candidates.
