Function: Leadership Hiring & Research

We are looking for a Recruitment skilled with mid-level experience in leadership hiring

who will play a key role in market research, talent mapping, and candidate outreach. This role





requires strong research skills, structured data management, and the ability to engage with

senior-level candidates across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for leadership and senior-level roles

• Conduct market research and talent mapping across industries, roles, and competitor

organizations

• Identify and reach out to suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases,

and referrals

• Build and maintain a strong leadership talent pipeline• Screen profiles, assess candidate fit, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders

• Manage and maintain accurate candidate data, trackers, and reports

• Support marketing and employer branding initiatives through market insights

• Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring

lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Leadership or Executive Hiring (preferably in the manufacturing

industry; automotive experience is an added advantage but not mandatory). Candidates

with more experience are also welcome.

• Strong exposure to talent mapping, market research, and sourcing strategies

• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong attention to detail with effective data management skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
