About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Academic Counsellors who can guide students and working professionals in selecting the right professional courses in Finance and Accounting.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand students academic backgrounds, career goals, and qualified aspirations to recommend suitable courses.
- Drive sales through warm calling, student engagement, and suggestive selling.
- Explain course details, benefits, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
- Convert prospective enquiries into successful admissions and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with students, faculty members, and parents whenever required.
- Ensure an excellent student experience throughout the admission process.
- Maintain and update student records, sales reports, and CRM databases.




- Coordinate fee collection and ensure timely completion of financial transactions.
- Manage the complete admission process from initial enquiry to enrollment.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Effective listening and interpersonal skills.
- High energy levels and a positive attitude.
- Target-oriented approach with a strong focus on sales achievement.
- Ability to build relationships and handle student queries professionally.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable to a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in EdTech sales, academic counselling, inside sales, or educational course sales will be preferred. Experience in selling professional Finance & Accounting courses will be an added advantage.
