Hiring for Regional Recovery Manager-Wholesale Banking in a leading Bank.

Location-Delhi.

- Monitor NPA reduction, stressed asset recovery, write-offs, and achievement of recovery targets.

- Ensure timely SARFAESI actions, e-auctions, legal proceedings, and OTS approvals.

- Prepare portfolio performance reports for management, audit, compliance, and regulatory authorities.

- Manage recovery agencies, payouts, staff allocation, and collection team performance.

- Conduct field visits, identify process gaps, and implement corrective measures.

- Coordinate with Business, Legal, Finance, IT, HR, and Operations teams.

- Handle customer complaints, fraud cases, and recovery-related escalations.

- Supervise Collection Managers (CMs), manpower planning, recruitment, and staff training.

Preferred Profile:

- Robust experience in stressed asset management, NPA recovery, and collections.
