Role Description The Admission Counsellor role is a part-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Admission Counsellor will guide prospective students and families through the admission process, including responding to inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, and explaining course offerings, fee structures, and academic pathways. This role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and enrollments, following up with potential applicants, and coordinating with faculty and administration to schedule demos, tests, and orientation sessions. The Admission Counsellor will support outreach efforts such as school visits, events, and walk-in counseling, while ensuring that every interaction reflects the institute's values of integrity,



transparency, and student-centric guidance. The position requires consistent presence at the institute during designated hours and active collaboration with the academic and operations teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to counsel students and families effectively, including the ability to explain academic programs clearly and build trust.
- Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, such as maintaining student records, managing follow-up schedules, and handling documentation accurately.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and counseling skills, including lead management, conversion-focused follow-ups, and a student-first advisory approach.
