We're Hiring – Scrum Master

Experience: 10–12 Years

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Office-based

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint execution, and release planning.
- Coach and mentor teams on Scrum, Kanban, Protected, and Agile best practices.
- Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, and delivery predictability.
- Identify and resolve impediments, risks, dependencies, and conflicts.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and delivery reporting.
- Manage Jira boards, dashboards, and Agile reporting.
- Support resource planning, capacity management, and cross-team coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement and build high-performing, self-organizing teams.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Expertise in Jira and Agile metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in risk, dependency, and impediment management.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
