We are looking for experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultants with robust hands-on experience in Workday HCM modules and an active Workday certification.

Experience: 6–15 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days Only

Certification: Active Workday Certification is Mandatory

Key Skill :

- Strong functional expertise in Workday HCM and the relevant modules listed above.
- Hands-on experience in Workday configuration, business process setup, and functional enhancements.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Experience in business process configuration, functional testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of Workday reporting, security, and data management.




- Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, and production support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- An active Workday certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Analyze business needs and recommend appropriate Workday functional solutions.
- Configure business processes, workflows, and module-specific functionalities.
- Support testing, issue resolution, system enhancements, and release updates.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure effective Workday operations.
- Provide functional support and maintain configuration documentation.
