Role: Senior IT Auditor

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long term

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: Hybrid in Bangalore 3x a week, remote 2x per week

We are seeking a Senior IT Auditor with 5–8 years of experience in IT auditing, risk management, and technology controls. The ideal candidate will have experience executing multiple internal audit cycles, conducting IT SOX testing, and assessing IT controls across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute risk-based IT audits covering infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, cloud, and compliance.
- Evaluate IT General Controls (ITGCs), automated controls, and control effectiveness.
- Conduct IT SOX testing and identify control gaps and risks.
- Assess compliance against frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COSO, and COBIT.
- Prepare audit documentation, workpapers, findings,



and recommendations.
- Coordinate with global audit teams and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor remediation activities and support technology risk assessments.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in IT auditing, technology risk, or relevant IT controls roles.
- Hands-on experience executing multiple internal audit cycles.
- Strong IT SOX and ITGC testing experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, COSO, and COBIT frameworks.
- Experience in Big 4, consulting, or regional audit firms preferred.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CISA, CISM, CISSP, or willingness to pursue certification.
- Exposure to Oracle ERP, cloud systems, and audit analytics is preferred.
