Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Web Development Manager / Technical Lead role is based in Noida. The role involves leading end-to-end web development initiatives, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of web applications and digital platforms. The individual will manage and mentor development teams, collaborate closely with design, marketing, and strategy stakeholders, and ensure technical solutions align with business goals and brand performance objectives. Responsibilities include defining technical architecture, setting coding standards, reviewing code quality, managing project timelines,



and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions. The role also requires proactive problem-solving, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of web systems and processes. Qualifications
• Solid skills in Front-End Development and Web Development, including modern frameworks and responsive design practices.
• Experience building and maintaining Web Applications, with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
• Solid background in Software Development, including clean coding practices, version control, and debugging.
• Proven Project Management abilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple initiatives on schedule.
• Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and conducting architectural and code reviews.
• Familiarity with backend technologies, APIs, databases, and integration with third-party services.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in digital, branding, or agency environments is an advantage.
