Role Description The Assistant Professor role at VBIT is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. • Relevant postgraduate degree (e.g., M.

D. or progress toward a Ph.

• Strong teaching-related skills, including subject matter expertise, lesson planning, classroom management, and the ability to use varied instructional methods.
• Research-oriented mindset with skills in conducting studies, publishing in academic journals, and guiding student research or projects.
• Proficiency in academic assessment, including designing evaluations, grading fairly, and providing constructive feedback to learners.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and administrative staff.
• Comfort with educational technologies and learning management systems, as well as standard productivity and presentation tools.
• Commitment to academic integrity, continuous career development, and adherence to UGC, AICTE, and institutional guidelines.
