Its goal is to help clients become the preferred choice in their category. Role Description The PHP Laravel Developer role at Esperance is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The developer will build, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient back-end architecture. Daily responsibilities include developing new features, integrating third-party services and APIs, collaborating with front-end developers to implement user-facing elements, and troubleshooting issues across the stack. The role also involves participating in code reviews, writing clean and testable code, maintaining documentation, and working closely with designers and consultants to translate business and brand requirements into technical solutions. The developer will contribute to improving development processes and performance,



supporting the delivery of reliable digital experiences for Esperance’s clients. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development skills, including PHP and Laravel, RESTful API design, and database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Candidates should possess solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, including design principles, reusable components, and familiarity with design patterns.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, such as working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integrating front-end frameworks with Laravel-based back ends.
• Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including version control (Git), testing and debugging, and understanding of software development life cycle practices.
• Candidates should possess general Programming skills, including problem-solving, algorithmic thinking, and writing clean, maintainable, and documented code.
• Relevant experience with up-to-date Laravel features (queues, jobs, events, middleware), security best practices, and performance optimization is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing project requirements is expected. Good to Have:
