Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and inspect day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Conduct quality inspections for civil, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and finishing works.
* Ensure the quality of materials used at the site through inspections and testing.
* Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors to maintain construction quality.
* Identify quality issues, deviations, and defects, and ensure timely corrective action.
* Maintain quality control documentation, inspection reports, test reports, and checklists.
* Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, project specifications, and construction standards.
* Conduct inspections at different stages of construction and ensure work is approved before proceeding to the next stage.
* Support the implementation of quality assurance procedures and continuous improvement practices at the site.
