Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our jewellery store. The ideal candidate should have experience in jewellery/retail operations, sales, customer handling, inventory management, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage complete day-to-day store operations.
• Lead and supervise the store sales team.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Handle customers and ensure an excellent in-store experience.
• Manage jewellery/gemstone inventory, stock movement and reconciliation.
• Monitor billing, payments, cash handling and daily sales reports.
• Maintain visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
• Handle customer concerns and support repeat business.




• Coordinate with the central team for stock and operational requirements. Requirements
• 3–5 years of retail experience, preferably in a jewellery store/showroom.
• Solid experience in store operations, sales and customer handling.
• Knowledge of jewellery, gemstones and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and POS/Billing systems.
• Experience in premium/luxury jewellery retail and handling high-value customers is preferred.
