Key Responsibilities
• Lead the overall academic and administrative operations of the college.
• Spearhead curriculum innovation, development, academic planning, and quality enhancement.
• Lead faculty recruitment, development, performance management, and mentoring.
• Establish collaborations with hotels,



resorts, restaurant chains, and hospitality organizations.
• Strengthen student internships, industry exposure, and placement opportunities.
• Ensure academic governance, regulatory compliance, and institutional development.
• Drive student engagement, admissions, and institutional growth. Eligibility &

Experience:
• Ph.
D. in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, Tourism Studies, or a closely allied discipline, preceded by a Bachelor's (BHMCT/B.
Sc. HM) and Master's degree (MHM/MTM/MBA in Hospitality) from a recognized institution.
• 15+ years of relevant experience, including substantial academic and/or hospitality industry exposure.
